We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Payments for items we cancel and do not supply will be refunded.
Delivery, cancellations, and returns
Any delivery and return terms disclosed before you place an order form part of that order. If you need to correct an address, request a cancellation, report a delivery problem, or arrange a return, email support@palqira.com with your order number. A requested change may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Your applicable cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
